The short version: Be respectful, show up to your appointments (or cancel in advance), pay what you owe. Barber shops agree to honor bookings made through the platform. Simple.

IUsing Zaffé

Zaffé is a booking platform connecting customers with barber shops. You must be 13 or older to use it. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

You're responsible for keeping your phone number secure — it's how we verify you.

IIBookings & cancellations

When you book

A booking is confirmed once you see the confirmation screen. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation message. The slot is yours.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before your appointment. After that, individual shops may charge a late-cancellation fee — this is clearly shown before you book.

No-shows

If you miss an appointment without cancelling, the shop may charge a no-show fee and may decline future bookings from your number.

IIIPayments

You can pay in cash at the shop or online via card. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Refund disputes are handled directly between you and the barber shop. We'll help mediate if needed.

IVFor barber shops

Shops using Zaffé agree to:

  • Honor confirmed bookings
  • Keep accurate availability and service info
  • Treat customer information confidentially
  • Pay the monthly subscription and one-time setup fee as agreed

Subscriptions renew automatically. Cancel any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

VWhat's not allowed

  • Creating fake bookings or accounts
  • Harassing barbers or other customers
  • Attempting to access the system in unauthorized ways
  • Using the platform for anything other than barber appointments

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.

VIOur responsibility (and its limits)

We work hard to keep Zaffé reliable, but we can't guarantee it'll be available 100% of the time. We're not responsible for the quality of the haircut, the shop's conduct, or lost time due to outages — our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

VIIChanges to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by SMS at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
