No. Just your phone number and first name. We'll send a quick verification code to confirm you're real, and that's it.

Your next visit is even faster: enter your number and we'll remember you.

Contact the business directly by phone or WhatsApp. They can cancel or reschedule for you. Free of charge up to 2 hours before your slot.

Yes. Just enter their name and phone number. They'll receive the confirmation and reminders directly.

It means you'll get whoever's free at the time you pick. Usually a faster way to book, and the business assigns the best available person.

Payments

Your choice. Pay online now to lock in your slot, or choose "Pay cash at shop" and settle up when you arrive.

Yes. We use Stripe, the same payment processor used by Apple, Shopify, and millions of businesses. We never see or store your card number.

Refunds are handled by the individual business. Reach out to them first; if it's not resolved within 48 hours, contact us and we'll step in.

Account & Data

Text us "DELETE" from your registered number, or email privacy@zaffe.app. We'll confirm and wipe your record within 48 hours.

Just start booking with your new number. It'll create a fresh profile. If you want to migrate past appointments, reach out and we'll merge them.

Reply STOP to any reminder message. You'll still get booking confirmations, but no reminder pings.
